CDC Official Who Handled Zika, Ebola Outbreaks Mysteriously Disappears Without a Trace

#TheGreatAwakening #TheStorm #QAnon
@RoystonPotter @ScottAnthonyUSA @MAGAPILL
@bocavista2016 @LionelMedia

Below are my tweets to this very peculiar missing person who works in an environment that possesses its own inherent risks and challenges.

The press Briefing given yesterday really does a huge injustice to the public that could be assisting in locating Dr Cunningham...  NOTHING about this case is “normal” or “routine”... and in my opinion, facts were withheld on purpose.

He is an

Dr. Cunningham is an Epidemiologist in the Chronic Illness division:

Translated: He’s a physician that studies the process, causes, trends, treatments, mortality & potential cures of major illnesses such as Cancer, AIDS, etc

The fact that he has been deployed to areas infected with Ebola as part of the US Health Services, tells us he also is part of ACUTE ILLNESS / EPIDEMIC RESPONSE.

He holds the official rank of “Commander”... this is not some hapless stock boy... while it may be true he doesn’t work in any “classified” locations within the CDC, I bet he’s chummy with others that do.

The Atlanta Georgia Police press conference stated that the only thing unusual was that all of his belongings were left in the home.  Honestly, this point alone raises all sorts of red flags, but we are told to avoid delving into “CONSPIRACY THEORIES.”

Dr Cunningham tells his neighbor’s WIFE to erase his cell number from her phone before he vanished.  This fact was only begrudgingly acknowledged after media asked that question... it wouldn’t have been provided most likely if they didn’t ask.  WHY?  What was their connection?

Dr Cunningham’s Home had the second floor windows to a bathroom and laundry room found “opened”....  Police didn’t find this odd because he has a dog.  What? Police only say it is strange because he’s “Environmentally Friendly.”

The wooded area (only) is searched by a K-9 unit.  No other areas are searched by K9.  “In the following days and weeks we may search other areas with more K9’s...”  How about we just wait until July 4th and try at that time? I mean, it’s not as if he’s a missing persons or potentially kidnapped, or potentially compromised somehow, right? Oh wait... he is missing.  Perhaps law enforcement may want to re-think that whole “wait-&-see” approach to their investigation.

Other than the above, we only know he didn’t get a promotion recently, called out of work twice in February, left work after talking with supervisor to discuss why he wasn’t promoted, called his mother on his way home (missed call/no voicemail left)... and parked in garage.

Car ok in garage, cell phone, drivers license & ID’s at home with his keys.  No strange emails or browser activity.  No debit card / credit card or cell use.

Law Enforcement would most likely look at these possibilities in a “routine” case like this:

-Medical Issues: He was reportedly “Not feeling well” on several occasions earlier this month and called out from work.
- Acute Delirium
-Other medical issue such as a “Stroke” or “Heart Attack”
- Kidnapping
- Extortion
- Mental Snap
- Just wants off the grid
- Other conspiracy theories

Regarding “conspiracy theories” we are told to NOT look at:

-He went rogue with a virus or other biohazard;
- Neighbor wife issue
- Espionage
- Mafia / Organized Crime
- zombie apocalypse

Note: Suicide is a possibility as well

Mother was reportedly telling someone that Dr Cunningham had some “personal issues.”  We don’t know the scope of, type of, or severity of those issues... not answered at press Briefing.   WHY NOT?

What we don’t know:

-Were all hospitals checked
- Were any vehicles seen in the area (cable vans, HVAC, etc)
- Phone records pulled and combed through
- Sig Other?
- Work conflicts
- Any business dealings?
- Gambling or other debts?
- FBI contact?
- Mental Health facilities checked?

Also not known:

Was Dr Cunningham exposed to any pathogens either as part of his Ebola Response or inadvertently at CDC?

Did he see a physician recently or ongoing for his “not feeling well” spells recently?  Any recent medical tests done?

WHAT was the significance of telling his neighbor’s wife to delete his cell number? Did she delete it?  What did her spouse say?  Major red flag obviously but police don’t want to discuss this for some reason.

Obvious Question:  WHY the limited K9 search?  It was deemed necessary to utilize a K9... Were there any “hits” by the K9?  If not, why did police limit the search? If there was a “hit” where did the K9 locate a scent?

Does Dr Cunningham only own / operate the one vehicle he drove home that day or does he have another mode of transportation?  Does he have access to any public transportation?

What does his bank account look like?  Any recent cash withdrawals?  Does he have a safe?

Did Dr Cunningham talk to anyone else at the CDC?  Either regularly or recently?  What have THEY said?

What exactly were the last internet searches and browser history telling police?  Did he frequent any message boards?  Does he use chat apps?

Does his residence have security cameras?  What about his neighbors?

WHY are these questions not already answered and cleared?

If this was in fact a suicide we need to at least consider these questions:

- How did he commit suicide?
- Where did he do it?
- What method was used?
- Does he have the means to do it (i.e. weapons?)
- Are there natural / structural means to do it (i.e. large bridge, water, etc)

Facts About The #NeverAgain Movement and the AR-15 / NRA

February 24, 2018

The February 14th, 2018 mass shooting in Parkland / Coral Springs, Florida has once again rekindled the fires of what is undoubtedly our Nation's most debated issue after that of partial-birth abortions, and that is of course, firearms (and who should be allowed to purchase / possess one).  Much worse, it has now risen to the level of "Either you are with us (victims) or against us."   Either/or statements rarely lead to anything positive, but we will address that later on.

With so much heat being placed upon firearms, and those who support their right to bear arms as guaranteed by the second amendment of the United States Constitution, it's no wonder that much anger and hostility has been directed towards the National Rifle Association (NRA).  After all, the NRA (according to many pundits and now teen-activists) is nothing more than an organization that promotes "military assault weapons, weapons of war, breeds mass murderers, encourages others to become mass killers" and all sorts of other horrific endeavors.

The problem with that whole line of thinking is that none of it is even remotely true.  It's a trap that the anti-gun activists often fall into (all on their own mind you); attack those who don't think the same as you, because they must be wrong if you believe you are right.  It doesn't work that way thankfully, and often there can be an overlapping and agreement of schools of thought even in competing camps.

The anti-gun lobby camp (and this will include the new teen idols in the #NeverAgain movement) made it's voice loudly heard during a recent CNN Town Hall event, spewing some of the above rhetoric out posed as "questions" towards NRA Spokesperson, Dana Loesch, as well as US Senator Marco Rubio.  Over all of the shouting, hisses and booing, the truth was presented in some detail mind you, although it was clear few in attendance really wanted to hear what that was.  In that light, let's examine a few statements brought forth by the #NeverAgain movement:

Hopefully, if you've read even this far, you can see how ridiculous the above statements look, especially in all capital letters, however, that's exactly how it sounds when irrational thinking takes over and logic is replaced with emotion.  Let's remove some of the emotion from the debate and take a look at what is really happening here.

Does the NRA actually breed "Mass Shooters"?

In approaching a question about "mass shootings in the US," the first problem one encounters is definitional.

The United States' Congressional Research Service acknowledges that there is not a broadly accepted definition, and defines a "public mass shooting" as one in which four or more people selected indiscriminately, not including the perpetrator, are killed, echoing the FBI definition of the term "mass murder". Another unofficial definition of a mass shooting is an event involving the shooting (not necessarily resulting in death) of four or more people with no cooling-off period.

Based on the arbitrary definition of a shooting involving at least four deaths, there had been 130 mass shootings in the United States as of June 6, 2017, going back over the last 51 years. (This does not include gang killings, killings that began as other crimes such as robberies, and killings that involved only the shooter's family.)

Information about how the guns were obtained is incomplete, but 248 different guns were used, at least 141 of which were obtained legally and at least 39 of which were obtained illegally; handguns were the most common weapons used, usually more than one, each of which takes about two seconds to reload, making limited magazines (commonly incorrectly referred to as “clips”) a minor inconvenience. None of the shooters were known to be members of the NRA.

However even if one were, how would it be anymore relevant than if one had been a member of the book of a month club?  Taking this to an extreme, even if all mass shooters had been NRA members, it still could not be used to reflect on the membership as a whole. This would be like saying:  "A police officer in my town was convicted of selling drugs.  Therefore, all police sell drugs."  That line of thinking is clearly a logical fallacy;  a single person (or even a few people) rarely represents the entirety of thinking of any organization, association, profession or group.

The media desperately tried to do this in the Sandy Hook case by making it a  deliberate point to report that Adam Lanza or his mother attended NRA certified training classes. All this proved is that Adam Lanza might have been properly trained to safely handle a firearm, but deliberately chose to disregard that training and murder innocent children who were no threat to him.

As of this date, the NRA has not produced a mass shooting killer, nor has any mass shooting killer claimed to have been a member of the NRA.  Therefore, that part is pretty lock-tight.

Let's examine some of the other claims being made against the NRA, or pro-gun, pro-second amendment Americans writ large, and see where there are serious flaws in the arguments being pushed into the spotlight, with the help of our "Legacy Media" (CNN, MSNBC, etc):

"It's time once and for all we ban the AR-15 because it is the weapon of choice for mass shooters."

We have heard this statement repeatedly lately, however, there is no data to even remotely support this claim.  It is a hasty generalization lacking the support of current FBI Crime Statistic data points.

Concurrent with this all-too-common claim after a highly publicized event like the one in Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School, the AR-15 tends to end up being labeled as a "weapon of war."  The facts of the matter are quite the opposite of the rhetoric being thrown into the media-sphere:

1.  The AR-15 is merely a semi-automatic rifle.  It fires no faster than any other rifle.  It is not fully automatic.  Only one round can be fired with each pull of the trigger.  This is identical to nearly 2,000 other rifles on the market that are not labeled a "weapon of war."

2.  The AR-15 is not an "assault rifle."  AR stands for "Armalite" which is a brand name, however, the "AR" is often cited as being shorthand for "Assault Rifle."

3.  The AR-15 is not "military grade."  The cosmetics of the AR-15 make the rifle function no differently than any other semi-automatic rifle.  The AR-15 is identical in function to any "standard" hunting rifle.  The US Military uses the M4 Carbine which fires the same round, however, the MR Carbine is both semi-automatic and select-fire capable (3 round bursts or fully automatic) with one trigger pull).

4.  The AR-15 generally fires the 5.56×45mm NATO, 5.7×28mm, 6.8mm Remington SPC,.300 Blackout, 9×19mm Parabellum and .458 SOCOM to name a few.  These rounds are "intermediate range" and have been criticized by those using them in combat as highly inferior rounds and are less lethal than prior military rounds.

5.  The AR-15 is merely a "modern sporting rifle" / MSR  (more commonly referred to as an AR-15 style rifle) and is a type of semi-automatic rifle based on the Colt AR-15's patent. After Colt's patents expired in 1977, an expanded marketplace emerged with many manufacturers producing their own version of the AR-15 design for commercial sale. These rifles are referred to as "modern sporting rifles" (MSR) by the National Shooting Sports Foundation, a firearms industry trade association, and by some manufacturers.

6.  The AR-15 IS NOT an "assault rifle" as it DOES NOT meet the military specifications for "select-fire" capabilities.  It is no more a "weapon of war" than a hunting knife is.  It is a tool, and a weapon, just as there are thousands of other weapons available that are capable of the same damage, or worse, than the AR-15.

7.  The AR-15 is a popular rifle for enthusiasts as it is lightweight, easy to modify for target shooting or hunting purposes, and there are 8 MILLION in the United States.  Of the millions in the United States, only 7 have ever been used in a mass shooting situation: these would include the 2012 Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting, 2012 Aurora shooting, 2015 San Bernardino attack, the Sutherland Springs church shooting, the 2017 Las Vegas shooting, and 2018 Stoneman Douglas High School shooting.  Despite the high profile coverage of the AR-15 (sometimes incorrectly as in the case of the Orlando Pulse Club shooting which was a SigSauer MCX and not an AR-15) the AR-15 is rarely used in crimes.  Only a very low percentage of gun crimes in the U.S. overall involve an AR-15.

8.  The AR-15 is owned largely by those in Law Enforcement and ex-military members; about 50% of all AR-15 type rifles are owned by military veterans and law enforcement personnel in their private off-duty lives.  The other 50% are largely owned by law-abiding, responsible, highly trained citizens.

9.  The AR-15's used in mass shootings are purchased, obtained and utilized by criminals who have subverted the methods to prevent their ownership and who have no respect for the rules, the laws or for humanity.  The AR-15 did not commit the crime, the demented shooter did.  If the AR-15 did not exist, it would merely be a different weapon.

"To let these victims' lives be taken without any change in return is an act of treason to our great country."

This is an emotional appeal that speaks to a negative (such as terrorism or fascism) concept rather than the real issue at hand. It's an Ad populum logical fallacy which, often is an appeal that presents what most people, or a group of people think, in order to persuade one to think the same way. Getting on the bandwagon is one such instance of an ad populum appeal.

In addition, this also indicates that by Congress or State Legislators not doing what the #NeverAgain movement wants, they are somehow being "treasonous" which is a serious offense.  This is the common tactic known as Moral Equivalence where a person (or a group) will vilify another person or group and make the action or inaction of their target (in this case law-makers) to a much greater extent than is warranted.  Not changing legislation to the appeal of a few is hardly "treasonous"... it is in fact how our system of government is designed.

That is not to say that the #NeverAgain movement should not attempt or try to convince legislators to make changes to current gun laws; however, should they fail to convince law-makers to modify current laws or create new ones, they will need to modify their attempts.  After all, legislators answer to a broad section of the population, not merely one interest group alone.

"If you're not with us (#NeverAgain Movement) than you are against children and children's rights to safe schools."

This is probably the most dangerous statement being thrown around by the movement.  This is an "either / or" type fallacy, which attempts to divide people and create anxiety, fear, outcasting of those who may not fully agree with the statement being made.  This forces people to choose sides based off of incorrect facts and emotionally-charged rhetoric designed to make anyone who does not go along with the movement to be an outcast, be subject to boycotts (for businesses) and threats to create havoc for publicly elected officials and/or administrators who may receive any funds from the NRA or other firearm support groups or associations.  This, despite the NRA having done the most extensive study and program development for safe schools, even above what local, state and the federal government have done.

The fact is, law-abiding citizens don't commit mass shootings.  Point #7 above outlines that clearly.  Additionally, those citizens that own firearms, including the AR-15, are largely people that have a very clear respect for the "rule of law" and as just previously stated, 50% of all AR-15 owners are military veterans, active duty military and law enforcement personnel.  It would be a very difficult argument to make that 4 million AR-15 owners in those groups wish harm to children at any level.  Additionally, ordinary citizens who own firearms legally, largely take steps to responsibly learn to purchase, handle, maintain and fire these weapons under supervision and with well established training classes.  These citizens are hardly against the notion that children / students should not be in safe environments for their schooling and after-school activities.

The students who are making waves with the #NeverAgain movement are using a very divisive tactic which often comes with severe blowback.  There are millions of law-abiding firearm owners that agree the government should enforce existing laws as when done properly, some of the mass shootings, including the most recent at Marjory Stoneman Douglas could have been prevented.  This is just a fact, and is not based off emotional rhetoric or talking-points;  the FBI was advised of the shooter well in advance, there is video of the shooter acting reckless with a firearm as well as multiple social media posts indicating his intent to cause harm.  Again, the AR-15 did not commit the act of shooting students in a school, the shooter did.

The Positive Points of #NeverAgain Movement:

Where the #NeverAgain movement has the most standing, is in the area of government not enforcing the laws that currently exist.  There are ample gun control laws both at the State and Federal levels, yet many are surprisingly not enforced.  While #NeverAgain wants to vilify the NRA, there is ample evidence to demonstrate where a bureaucratic government failed to detect something in the shooter's past that should have prevented him from buying a firearm. The Broward Country Sheriff's Office and other Law Enforcement or Social Services departments had somewhere between 18-39 contacts with this shooter.  This would have easily disqualified him from obtaining a firearm had any of the agencies communicated the threats or got the contact information into the NICS system.

In short, they had months to deny him a firearms purchase for several reasons, including direct threats and physical confrontations, along with direct reporting to the FBI of those threats, and they still failed.  This is not the NRA's fault, this is the direct failure of reporting / communication as we have seen in the past few mass shooting events.

The #NeverAgain movement has the potential to capitalize on these major gaps in what appears to be either miscommunication, inept follow-up on potential high-level threat leads, the potentially disturbing report of potentially purposeful ignoring of a high-threat lead due to political / financial reasons, and the need to close loopholes with "straw" purchases.  Mental health is also a major component, but it appears to be linked to a broader issue of social isolation that the #NeverAgain movement never mentioned.

Worthy of note is that the victims of mass shootings constitute less than one half of one percent of shooting deaths. While tragic and newsworthy, such deaths are not even statistically significant (which sounds harsh, however, we are not dealing with emotions now, just facts).

Coral Springs Police Department Neutralized Shooter in Parkland, Florida: Coral Springs Fire / EMS Saved Countless Lives

February 23, 2018

Coral Springs Police, Fire and EMS hold a press conference to share their experiences as the lead agencies that made access to the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School during the mass casualty shooting was ongoing.

As part of Broward County, Florida, the Coral Springs Police Department has primary responsibility for all emergency calls including the schools.  It was due to the professionalism and bravery of these agencies that the carnage was limited to what it was, and not worse.  Rapid deployment of tactical teams to neutralize the threat, as well as immediate triage and treatment of the wounded undoubtedly saved lives.  More to follow as details become known.

There was confusion previously as to who stopped the shooter at the high school;  Broward County Sheriff Scott Israel had given the impression to the media that his Officer had neutralized the threat, however, it is coming to light that Coral Springs Police were in fact the neutralizing force.

(Please fast forward to the 10-Minute point of the video to see the press conference)

Mass Casualty Incident Drill Scheduled for March 18th, 2018: Please Stay Alert

While there is no assertion being made that the City of Dallas, nor any First Responders, Medical Personnel or any City Manager, Mayor, or other Official is planning anything other than a Mass Casualty Drill on March 18, 2018, it can not be stated strongly enough that surrounding these types of drills, we often see a true Mass Casualty Event occur.  In writing this, I can also not state strongly enough to re-read the first sentence as the First Responder community of Dallas/Fort Worth is known to be highly dedicated and professional and this in no way is meant to disrespect them or their efforts to protect their community.

We simply need to be aware of past Mass Casualty Events that tend to circulate around planned drills, regardless of who is holding the drill.

A Craigslist advertisement was placed earlier this date (Feb 22, 2018) asking for 16 crisis actors to be used on a "drill" of sorts on 3/4/2018 in the Houston, Texas area.  $1000 was be offered as compensation.  Location of drill unknown.  While this does not correspond to the Dallas MCI Training, it is concerning none-the-less as the advertisement was pulled shortly after it was posted.

President Trump Addresses Nation On Parkland Shooting: Holds Listening Session Today For Solutions To School Gun Violence

February 21, 2018 - The White House, Washington, D.C.

President Trump held a "listening session" to gain insight from the victims of gun violence in schools.  In attendance were appreciative victims from the very recent Parkland, Florida shooting as well as those from Sandy Hook and Columbine.  Full video of the session is below embedded within the official statement issued yesterday by President Trump to the Nation.

THE PRESIDENT (Feb 20,2018): My fellow Americans, today I speak to a nation in grief. Yesterday, a school filled with innocent children and caring teachers became the scene of terrible violence, hatred, and evil.
Around 2:30 yesterday afternoon, police responded to reports of gunfire at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida — a great and safe community. There, a shooter, who is now in custody, opened fire on defenseless students and teachers. He murdered 17 people and badly wounded at least 14 others.
Our entire nation, with one heavy heart, is praying for the victims and their families. To every parent, teacher, and child who is hurting so badly, we are here for you — whatever you need, whatever we can do, to ease your pain. We are all joined together as one American family, and your suffering is our burden also.
No child, no teacher, should ever be in danger in an American school. No parent should ever have to fear for their sons and daughters when they kiss them goodbye in the morning.

Each person who was stolen from us yesterday had a full life ahead of them — a life filled with wondrous beauty and unlimited potential and promise. Each one had dreams to pursue, love to give, and talents to share with the world. And each one had a family to whom they meant everything in the world.
Today, we mourn for all of those who lost their lives. We comfort the grieving and the wounded. And we hurt for the entire community of Parkland, Florida that is now in shock, in pain, and searching for answers.
To law enforcement, first responders, and teachers who responded so bravely in the face of danger: We thank you for your courage. Soon after the shooting, I spoke with Governor Scott to convey our deepest sympathies to the people of Florida and our determination to assist in any way that we can. I also spoke with Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi and Broward County Sheriff Scott Israel.
I’m making plans to visit Parkland to meet with families and local officials, and to continue coordinating the federal response.
In these moments of heartache and darkness, we hold on to God’s word in scripture: “I have heard your prayer and seen your tears. I will heal you.”
We trust in that promise, and we hold fast to our fellow Americans in their time of sorrow.
I want to speak now directly to America’s children, especially those who feel lost, alone, confused or even scared: I want you to know that you are never alone and you never will be. You have people who care about you, who love you, and who will do anything at all to protect you. If you need help, turn to a teacher, a family member, a local police officer, or a faith leader. Answer hate with love; answer cruelty with kindness.
We must also work together to create a culture in our country that embraces the dignity of life, that creates deep and meaningful human connections, and that turns classmates and colleagues into friends and neighbors.
Our administration is working closely with local authorities to investigate the shooting and learn everything we can. We are committed to working with state and local leaders to help secure our schools, and tackle the difficult issue of mental health.
Later this month, I will be meeting with the nation’s governors and attorney generals, where making our schools and our children safer will be our top priority. It is not enough to simply take actions that make us feel like we are making a difference. We must actually make that difference.
In times of tragedy, the bonds that sustain us are those of family, faith, community, and country. These bonds are stronger than the forces of hatred and evil, and these bonds grow even stronger in the hours of our greatest need.
And so always, but especially today, let us hold our loved ones close, let us pray for healing and for peace, and let us come together as one nation to wipe away the tears and strive for a much better tomorrow.

What The Government Knows About The Next Pandemic Flu: 2 Million U.S. Fatalities Likely

While not a pleasant thought to have running in your mind daily, we are as a world fighting the clock on borrowed TIME for a massive influenza pandemic.  The last major pandemic was in 1918-1919 which killed millions;  650,000 Americans alone.

The next pandemic will have more fatalities, more than double, than the U.S. fatalities of all of the wars the US has experienced since 1776.  That means the US Government is expecting 2,000,000 (that's 2 million) fatalities from the next pandemic.  This report will give the reader insight as to what was actually reported to Congress, and what the average citizen may expect (US DoD).

Fast Facts:

- Pandemic Influenza is NOT the same as "seasonal flu"
- Pandemic Influenza won't have a vaccine ready for up to 6 months at best once it begins;
- Pandemic Influenza will overwhelm all known medical facilities and personnel rapidly;
- Pandemic Influenza is highly contagious and spreads to humans from animals;
- Pandemic Influenza will cripple national economies and industry by 40-50% easily;
- Pandemic Influenza can change it's proteins making immunization nearly impossible;
- Pandemic Influenza is lethal and will likely kill about 2,000,000 in America alone

No, this isn't science fiction, nor the paranoid ramblings of a tin-foil hat person on the internet.  These are facts that have been brought forth by the medical community (of which I do belong) as well as the US Department of Defense (DoD), Health & Human Services (HHS), Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and a multitude of other government agencies and private health related professional organizations.  Experts.  While there is no guarantee that we will see a Pandemic like we had in 1918, the odds are not on our side.  In fact, each day that we escape a pandemic, we are essentially on "borrowed time."

It's not exactly known why these pandemics occur other than the fact that they often begin within the avian species (birds), and if conditions are just right, the virus infecting birds will have the correct DNA pattern to be zoonotic with the ability to "jump" species, meaning, it will jump from only infecting birds to infecting both birds and humans.  Once that happens, we are off to the races with a potential pandemic if quarantine measures are not effective in quelling the source.  Often this will result in a government stepping in and euthanizing infected poultry (a common vector for pandemic influenza) which can be devastating for farmers and the country's overall economy (to the tune of BILLIONS in lost revenue).  Knowing this, some nations might not want to volunteer information that their poultry could be infected, or may lack the scientific monitoring tools to identify specific pandemic strains quickly (if at all).

In the United States, there have been poultry infected with pandemic strains, as recently as 2014-2015, although to most reading this, they never even knew this happened.  While it may have made the local news, it stayed comfortably out of the limelight for whatever reasons in the evening news broadcasts.  Maybe that's a good thing, as the mention of pandemic influenza isn't exactly a comfortable topic to report, especially when all the facts are not in yet.

Regardless, as we approach the 100-year point from the last major pandemic flu outbreak, we do at the very least have better medical facilities, better supportive medications and life-support equipment that simply didn't exist 100 years ago.  That isn't a guarantee for a positive outcome, however, it does flip the odds for at least some lucky individuals who may be in the first wave of those treated.  Those not in the first wave, may be simply out of luck as hospital beds and ventilators (the key piece of equipment needed to save lives from pandemic influenza) may very likely all be in use.  Below is the most recent Senate Hearing this year on U.S. capabilities to deal with Pandemic Flu and other medical crisis:

For those who are really want to know where we stand as a Nation in relation to Pandemic Flu, the below reports will be a good starting point.  They are all recent, 2017, and present accurately what likely scenarios are should America be faced with Pandemic Influenza.  In fact, these reports and hearings are starting to become more frequent in timing;  this is generally a sign that something may be looming, or at the very least, has the attention of those in the House and Senate to the point where they are seeking more and more information.  Congress won't usually do this unless they have reason to do so.  A brief summary of follows at the bottom of this page after these reports:

Pandemic Response / Emergent Threat Analysis by Scott Anthony on Scribd

The above is the report referenced in the DoD report to Congress, and it defines areas of the HHS Pandemic Plan that is in need of refining.  However, in 2014-2015 there was in fact a Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza (HPAI) event within the United States.  It did not receive a lot of media attention.  In addition, the following year in 2016 a Low Pathogenic Avian Influenza (LPAI) event occurred also, with little media attention.  As a result, the following "RED BOOK" was devised and we are publishing it here for public knowledge.  Please note, this is a U.S. Government document, it is part of the National Emergency Response Plan, and this is how the Government will respond to further threats to the United States.  See below:

This is the most important article I have posted to date.  It is imperative that people are alert to the very real threat of HPAI / LPAI and what the potential consequences are to everyday life, and life in general.  Below is the actual report submitted to Congress on the detailed mitigation strategy used to contain the 2014-2015 event.

A novel influenza (flu) virus is an influenza A virus that has caused human infection and which is different from current human seasonal influenza A viruses. Any novel influenza A virus, such as those of avian or swine origin, has the potential to cause an influenza pandemic. Some novel flu A viruses are believed to pose a greater pandemic threat and are more concerning to public health officials than others because they have already caused serious human illness and death and also have been able to spread in a limited manner from person to person. Novel influenza A viruses are of extra concern because of the potential impact they could have on public health if they gained the ability to spread from person-to-person easily and thus trigger an influenza pandemic. Examples of novel influenza A viruses of extra concern because of their potential to cause a severe pandemic include avian influenza A (H5N1) and avian influenza A (H7N9) viruses. These two different avian influenza A viruses have caused sporadic human infections, some limited person to person spread and resulted in critical illness and death in people.

Different animals—including birds and pigs—are hosts to influenza A viruses that do not normally infect people. Influenza A viruses are constantly changing, making it possible on very rare occasions for non-human influenza viruses to change in such a way that they can infect people easily and spread efficiently from person to person.

Influenza viruses that normally circulate in pigs also have infected people; these viruses include influenza A (H1N1v), (H1N2v) and (H3N2v). When influenza viruses that normally circulate in swine are found in people, they are called “variant” viruses; the “v” after the virus name indicates a variant virus. Limited, unsustained spread from person to person also has been detected with these viruses, but in general, these variant viruses have been associated with less severe illness and fewer deaths than avian influenza viruses. In general, human infections with H5N1, H7N9, H1N1v, H1N2v and H3N2v viruses have occurred rarely, but if these viruses were to change in such a way that they were able to infect humans easily and spread from person to person in a sustained manner, a flu pandemic could result.

Influenza A viruses are divided into subtypes based on two proteins on the surface of the virus: the hemagglutinin (H) and the neuraminidase (N). There are 18 different hemagglutinin subtypes and 11 different neuraminidase subtypes (H1 through H18 and N1 through N11). Theoretically, any combination of the 18 hemagglutinins and 11 neuraminidase proteins are possible, but not all have been found in animals and even fewer have been found to infect humans.

Influenza viruses can change in two different ways, one of which is called “antigenic shift” and can result in the emergence of a new influenza virus. Antigenic shift represents an abrupt, major change in an influenza A virus. This can result from direct infection of humans with a non-human influenza A virus, such as a virus circulating among birds or pigs. Antigenic shift also can happen when a non-human influenza A virus (for example an avian influenza virus) exchanges genetic information with other influenza A viruses in a process called genetic reassortment, and the resultant new virus is able to infect people. For example, an exchange of genes between a human influenza A virus and an avian influenza A virus can create a new influenza A virus with a hemagglutinin protein or both a hemagglutinin protein and a neuraminidase protein from an avian influenza A virus. If this new virus causes illness in infected people and can spread easily from person to person, an influenza pandemic can occur.

When a pandemic influenza virus emerges, the virus can spread quickly because most people will not be immune and a vaccine might not be widely available to offer immediate protection. During the 2009 H1N1 pandemic, for example, a new H1N1 virus was first identified in April 2009. By June 2009, that novel H1N1 virus had spread worldwide and the World Health Organization declared a pandemic. Spread of a pandemic influenza virus may occur in multiple disease “waves” that are separated by several months. As a pandemic influenza virus spreads, large numbers of people may need medical care worldwide. Schools, childcare centers, workplaces, and other places for mass gatherings may experience more absenteeism. Public health and healthcare systems can become overloaded, with elevated rates of hospitalizations and deaths. Other critical infrastructure, such as law enforcement, emergency medical services, and transportation industry may also be affected.

It is unlikely that seasonal flu vaccines would protect against a pandemic influenza virus. Seasonal flu vaccines that are used annually protect against currently circulating human influenza A and B viruses. They are not designed to protect against new influenza A viruses. A pandemic influenza virus would be very different from circulating seasonal influenza A viruses and thus seasonal vaccines would not be expected to offer protection.

The federal government has created a stockpile of some vaccines against select influenza A viruses with pandemic potential that could be used in the event of a pandemic, including vaccines against certain avian influenza A (e.g. H5N1 and H7N9) viruses. If a similar virus were to begin a pandemic, some vaccine would already be available.

The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is the lead agency for public health preparedness and medical response to an influenza pandemic. Within HHS, the Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA) Influenza Division is charged with the advanced development and procurement of medical and non-pharmaceutical countermeasures for pandemic influenza preparedness and response.

If a new pandemic influenza virus (not included in the pre-pandemic vaccine stockpile) were to emerge, it is likely that a vaccine would have to be developed against that virus in order for sufficient supply of vaccine to become available for everyone who wishes to be vaccinated. How long it would take to produce a pandemic flu vaccine would depend on many factors, including how long it would take to create a candidate vaccine virus (CVV) and what vaccine manufacturing process would be used.” For seasonal influenza vaccine, it usually takes at least six months to produce large quantities of flu vaccineDuring the 2009 H1N1 pandemic, it took about the same amount of time. CDC began developing a CVV to make monovalent (one component) H1N1pdm09 vaccine in mid-April. The first doses of vaccine were administered in early October and large quantities of vaccine became available in late November. Efforts are underway now to shorten the time it takes to produce influenza vaccines but because of the current amount of time needed to make flu vaccine, early supplies of pandemic vaccine might not be enough to meet demand, especially if most people need two doses of vaccine for protective immunity.

CDC has developed an updated set of guidelines, called the Community Mitigation Guidelines to Prevent Pandemic Influenza – United States, 2017, supplemental plain-language guides for specific community groups, and online communication and education materials that outline strategies for planning and preparing for a flu pandemic and for using nonpharmaceutical interventions (NPIs). Additionally, CDC has developed an NPI 101 training for public health professionals to help them learn more about NPIs and share information with their communities on how to use NPIs.

Editorial / Opinion: When the QAnon Community Elevates Nobodies Into Self-Proclaimed Sombodies - Reality Checks Are Needed

When researching #QAnon, be aware of controlling individuals that are either close-minded, or are on a power-trip that are attempting to shut down any type of conversation regarding the entity known as "Q." Most experts on this topic agree that there are at least 2 distinctly different Q Anon's that have been posting on 4Chan / 8Chan since October, 2017. The original Q seems to have dropped off largely after late November 2017, and certainly by the first week of January 2018.

The below was a comment left on an article I authored (on my own website mind you) where the Board Owner at 4Chan had been doing a live interview with a colleague of mine, Colonel Roy Potter. During this interview I had transcribed notes so that listeners that missed the livestream would have instant access to the main points right afterwards and could easily go back and listen to the video in its entirety once YouTube did it's magic to process the live video into archives.

Bronwyn Llewellyn from the Q Anon group on Facebook left me this comment below. She doesn't know me, nor how many people in the QAnon, Patriot or Truth Movement I work with behind the scenes (as well as producing my own content)... this has been a disturbing trend, particularly with the Q Anon phenomenon. There are very very disturbing signals that the Q Anon movement is turning more and more cult-like and people are self-assigning themselves roles as "information police" (it happens frequently surrounding big events, intriguing people, etc.) often using the same phrases as the original person (in this case we often see people that are NOT Q use phrases that Q would use such as "future proves past", "expand your thinking", or phrases that are often seen on the Chan's such as "lurk more, post less" when someone has a basic question. While that may work on 4Chan / 8Chan, it doesn't translate well into other social media platforms such as Facebook. For f*cks sake, you are NOT Q... and if someone has a basic question, answer it!

Nothing is more ridiculous than watching a non-important individual self-elevate themselves to that of the person they are interested in. In this case, an invisible, faceless, and voiceless entity that is merely a letter, Q. No one is certain if it's a male, female, or a team of males, females or both. Therefore, it's quite humorous watching soccer moms, hockey dads and frustrated students making themselves a mirror image of the entity they are trying to study. I've said this more than a few times, but I will say it again here; the Q phenomenon is highly interesting as it is brining out the best and worst of our community. Sadly, the worst of our community tends to rear its head quite a bit, where simple questions are met with snarky replies. There will be a full story written up on this topic once it runs its course. But for now, I just wanted to let Ms. Llewellyn know that had she simply read the first line of the article she (banned?) from her little QAnon group, she would have seen that I didn't write the article based on anything I "studied" or "researched." It was a verbatim transcription of the Board Owner from Baruch, who operated the original 4Chan board that the ORIGINAL (and likely the "real" Q) used to post on before it all became compromised.

I am a Q supporter (in theory) and hope that in the end Q is everything that his/her supporters believe he/she is. I really am pulling for Q. But there are elements within the community that are slowly ruining the experience for many, especially those just entering into it after being "red-pilled." And to be clear, that is the worst possible time to be rude to anyone; if they were recently pilled, that means they are yearning to get information and learn. Snubbing a new person to the truth is never a good tactic; in fact it's the recipe to send them off and running right back to where they came from. Luckily, I likely have more experience than Ms. Llewellen will ever have and as such, am not worried about her little group or her opinion of anything I write.

But I am concerned with the potential for damage to newbies that have just been red-pilled and faced with similar non-welcoming commentary. Taking a look at the Facebook group she is Administrator of, it took me all of 3 posts to see that she is equally as condescending in her group as she is when leaving comments on my website. So for Ms. Llewellen, I hope when you read this, realize that your importance in the scheme of things is very small. Self aggrandizing is not a good trait to present to those looking for information on Q Anon, particularly if they are brand new to it all.... and there are new people coming in to the community every day. Ultimately the choice is yours to make, but I would highly suggest an attitude correction before you do damage to recently red-pilled Democrats. Think before you act.
